Conditions of the Apartment Rates
- Yearly rates are available.
- The above rates are in Thai Baht and exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% VAT*
- The rates are inclusive of utilities (water and electricity) and daily maid cleaning service (except Sundays).
- All major credit cards are welcome.
- For Resident staying less than three months, a security deposit of one month's rental plus one month's rent in advance is required.
- For Resident staying more than three months, a security deposit of two months' rental plus one month's rent in advance is required.
- The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Don't forget to ask about our special corporate rate and special package. Group rates are available on request.
